General comments from the Site Visit Meeting:

1) Part of the route (approximately 1/2 mile) was closed to the public due to an existing lighthouse construction project. The remainder of the project is open for the public to view.

2) The project was originally bid back around April 2019. There were minor changes in the SCR’s and contract documents but the scope is identical. The budget has been adjusted based on recent market trends in California.
