About this file

This is Amendment 0005 to solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00051 for janitorial services, issued by the Federal Aviation Administration Regional Acquisitions office in Fort Worth, TX. The amendment provides government responses to 16 vendor questions about janitorial service requirements at various FAA facilities.

Key clarifications include: storage areas are available at all facilities; vendors must determine staffing approaches to meet SOW requirements at 24-hour facilities; specific service hours are confirmed for several locations (e.g., ISO 0700-1500 Mon/Wed/Fri, LWB 0900-1600 Wednesdays); security requirements include NAC investigations and PIV badges; waste/recycling containers are government-furnished; address corrections are provided for Norfolk ATCT and Patrick Henry ATCT; distinctions between Contract Manager, Project Manager and On-site Supervisor roles are explained; and cleaning frequencies are clarified for tower windows (quarterly), base building windows (interior/exterior), and high-touch surfaces (weekly). The solicitation closing date remains January 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, with a performance period of April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
