About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a federal contract opportunity from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for janitorial and cleaning services at several facilities in New Mexico and Texas.

The amendment provides responses to questions from contractors regarding the specific requirements of the contract, including the square footage of various surfaces (carpet, tiles, windows, etc.) at each location, the number of employees and restrooms, the type of consumable products currently used, and the expected service frequency. The amendment also clarifies some details from previous responses, such as providing the full breakdown of square footages by location and the number of restroom fixtures. The overall contract scope remains the same, with the contractor expected to provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform janitorial and cleaning services at the specified facilities according to the statement of work. The contract is an 8(a) set-aside with a project magnitude of $500,000 or more.
