QUESTION: Has the previous solicitation scope of work for the buildings remained the same, decreased, or increased compared to the new solicitation?
ANSWER: For Amarillo this is a complicated answer. We still have the same scope of work for the AMA ATCT and AMA Long Range Radar. Amarillo
SSC office building has been vacant since last
June/July (2023) and will remain vacant until the interior of the building can be rebuilt. I do not have an estimate of when the work will be complete and we can re-occupy the building. My guess is six months to a year. When we do reoccupy the building the scope of work will remain the same as previous.
