About this file
This document contains answers to vendor questions regarding a solicitation for janitorial services at facilities in Salt Lake City, Utah. The federal contract opportunity involves providing three tiers of janitorial services, including normal and enhanced COVID-related cleanings, at an Air Route Traffic Control Center and Air Traffic Control Tower. Current monthly pricing for the facilities is provided, as well as clarification around insurance requirements, consumables, personnel citizenship status, and other vendor questions. The purpose of the solicitation is to award a new contract combining the previous separate contracts into one for all levels of janitorial service. Evaluation will occur in three tiers based on business size and status, with preferences for 8(a) and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The solicitation number and federal agency involved are identified.
