About this file

This addendum provides additional items and clarifications to be included in the MSP Boilers, Pumps, and PCS Room HVAC Project solicitation for the Minneapolis Air Traffic Control Tower facility replacement project. Key additions include replacing existing motor controllers and disconnect switches serving various pumps and boilers, expanding exhaust stack sizes, adding gas and water leak detection alarms integrated into the facility BAS system, installing new pumps and accessories, and providing supplemental temporary heating and dehumidification during construction. The addendum also clarifies control sequences and modifies notes and details on the contract drawings. Offerors must include all addendum items in their proposals, which are due by March 27, 2020 for the Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration to replace critical HVAC and boiler infrastructure at the Minneapolis ATCT facility.
