About this file
This document is a set of questions and answers related to a federal contract opportunity for the Glac HQ Parking Area Rehabilitation project. The project consists of two phases and involves the rehabilitation of a parking area. Key details include:
The bid bond requirement is 20% of the bid price or $3 million, whichever is less. The project has two bid schedules, A and B, with the same quantities for roadway aggregate and asphalt concrete pavement. However, the select borrow layer differs between the two schedules. The government will not provide .dwg plan files, but the parking lot models are available in the Physical Data. An amendment will be issued to address a discrepancy in the estimated price range and the requirement for a qualified Traffic Supervisor. The solicitation number is 69056724B000010, and the opportunity is being managed by the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration.
