About this file

This is a Cost Proposal Form attachment for a Request for Proposals issued by Salt Lake City Corporation, Utah (Solicitation #SLCI26059) seeking a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for compensation benchmarking and salary survey management. The solicitation requires offerors to provide comprehensive pricing for a real-time job pricing, compensation data management, and analytics platform. The contract term is five years, and all costs necessary to implement and maintain the proposed system over this initial contract period must be included in the cost proposal. Offerors must ensure that technical requirements and cost proposals are reflective of one another, and any deviation from the specified cost schedule format may result in disqualification.

The Cost Proposal Form requires offerors to submit pricing for implementation and integration services, initial user training, licensing, annual maintenance costs for years one through five, configuration and training services with associated hourly rates, and optional future enhancement rates. All yellow-highlighted cells allow offeror input, and the total proposed cost is calculated from specific cells and evaluated as the lowest bid meeting RFP specifications. Any costs not provided on the cost schedule will not be allowed into the resulting contract. If a cost category is not applicable, offerors must enter "N/A" rather than leaving cells blank, as the City will assume blank or zero-entered cells indicate services provided at no cost or built into another line item. Offerors may also propose value-added services and solutions with complete product descriptions and cost drivers.

Costing Considerations & Instructions
1. All cells in a yellow highlight allow for a Offeror input.
