About this file

This file contains certification and qualification schedules from the Alpine School District's Request for Proposal for Annual Fire Alarm Testing and Inspection Services. The Alpine School District, located in Utah, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide fire alarm system testing and inspection services in accordance with NFPA standards across the district. The RFP (Solicitation #ASD02052026HM-B) has a closing deadline of Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. The resulting contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest evaluation score and will have a maximum term of five years. The district anticipates reconfiguration effective July 1, 2027, into three separate districts (Lake Mountain, Aspen Peaks, and Timpanogos School Districts), and the awarded vendor must agree to honor the same pricing and terms with any newly formed districts resulting from this reconfiguration.

Schedule A requires prospective vendors to certify that they have read and understand the RFP requirements, possess adequate personnel and resources to fulfill the scope of work, are properly licensed to conduct business in Utah, and have not engaged in unauthorized communications with district contacts regarding the proposal. Schedule B requires vendors to submit comprehensive qualification information including company history, employee count and qualifications, years in business, past experience with Alpine School District or similar organizations, product lead times and turnaround times, warranty information for parts and labor, a minimum of three references from similar service contracts, and disclosure of any categories or items in the RFP for which they are not qualified or licensed to perform.
