No follow-on or recurring orders are included in this contract, and no overrun allowances will be accepted by the Owner. Each route schedule ranges from 17.5" x 9.25" to 35.0" x 9.25" flat size with 2 to 3 colors plus black, containing between 5 and 10 schedule panels, and all materials must be rubber banded in groups of twenty, carton packed, and labeled with quantities.
All printing materials must comply with minimum specifications including paper containing a minimum of 10 percent recycled content, 70# uncoated text, Husky commodity grade offset stock, double-sided printing with full bleeds on all edges, and a parallel fold finishing to 3.5" x 9.25". Subcontracting is permitted under this contract. The Owner will provide approved designs electronically when the order is placed, and the contractor must notify the Owner immediately of any significant problems or delivery delays. The contract is funded through IDOT operating assistance, and this is classified as a single, fixed-quantity procurement with no renewal options.
