About this file
File Summary
This is a product specification document for plumbing fixtures issued by the State of Michigan. The document establishes standard specifications and requirements for plumbing fixtures to be procured through state purchasing channels. The specifications cover various categories of plumbing fixtures including faucets, valves, traps, and related components, with detailed technical requirements, dimensions, materials, and performance standards for each item classification. The document serves as a reference guide for state agencies and authorized purchasers when ordering plumbing fixtures through the designated procurement process, ensuring consistency and quality across all state purchases of these materials.
The document does not specify individual item quantities, response dates, or contract award dates, as it functions as a standardized specification guide rather than a specific procurement solicitation. Pricing information is not included in this specification document. The specifications are designed to be used in conjunction with actual purchase orders and requests for quotation, where pricing terms, delivery schedules, and specific item quantities would be negotiated between the State of Michigan and qualified suppliers. This specification document remains effective as a standing reference for all plumbing fixture procurement activities conducted by the state.
