Building point Histories to be mapped into and configured for
Region 7 AMS (Advanced Metering System)
The points listed below shall be configured as a 14 day FIFO history within the Building JACE Controller.
These listed points shall then be archived to the BAS Server hosting the building as a non expiring, unlimited size history. Configure these histories then to be copied to and archived as a non expiring, unlimited size history in the AMS Server #3.
Note, the histories listed below is not the complete list of 14 day FIFO histories that are to be stored within the
JACE controller. This list only describes those histories that are to be archived to the AMS Server for display by the energy monitoring applications.
kW Demand from all electrical meters serving and within the building.
o If there is a direct communication link by Modbus, BACnet or Lon to the meters monitoring the building electrical demand, map the Watt values into the Building JACE controller and program the calculations within the JACE to provide the kW Demand to the Building BAS and AMS History databases.
kWh Consumption from all electrical meters serving and within the building. Configured as an ever increasing value with no data resets configured.
o If there is a direct communication link by Modbus, BACnet or Lon to the meters monitoring the building electrical consumption, map the Watt values into the Building JACE controller and program the calculations within the JACE to provide the kWh Consumption to the Building BAS and AMS History databases.
Gas Meter Consumption in Cubic feet for all Gas Meters serving the building. Configured as an ever increasing value with no data resets configured
Water Meter Consumption in Cubic feet for all Water Meters serving the building. This includes Irrigation Water Meters, Cooling Tower Makeup and Blowdown meters. Configured as an ever increasing value with no data resets configured
Solar PV and or Wind Generators kW Demand from all electrical meters serving and within the generating equipment.
o If there is a direct communication link by Modbus, BACnet or Lon to the meters monitoring the PV System electrical demand, map the Watt values into the Building JACE controller and program the calculations within the JACE to provide the PV kW Generated to the Building BAS and AMS History databases.
Solar PV and or Wind Generators kWh Generation from all electrical meters serving and within the generating equipment. Configured as an ever increasing value with no data resets configured o If there is a direct communication link by Modbus, BACnet or Lon to the meters monitoring the PV System electrical Generation Capacity, map the Watt values into the Building JACE controller and program the calculations within the JACE to provide the PV power kWh Generated to the Building BAS and AMS History databases.

Note – All Status histories are to have both a history configured in a 15 minute interval as well as a history configured to record on a Change of State (COV History). Both history types are to be archived to the BAS Server and to the AMS Server.
