QUESTIONS FOR SOLICITATION RFP 47PF0021R0116

Kinneary, Bricker, Bricker Garage in Columbus and Rice in Dayton, Oho

1. Term says unilateral option: Does that mean that only GSA has the ability to cancel the contract in years 2-5 and not TKE?

Yes, this is correct. Only GSA can terminate this contract.

2. The pricing says KONE is currently offering $3,675. The BID states there is 6 units at Rice Federal, but there is actually only 5 Units (4 Passenger and 1

Freight/Service). Is the $3675 pricing accurate for 5 Units?

Yes, $3675.00 is the current price for the elevator contract at the Rice

Federal Building US Courthouse. To confirm, the Rice Federal Building US

Courthouse in Dayton, Ohio has only 5 elevators; 4 passengers and 1 freight.
