About this file
This is a utility no-conflict letter from TECO Peoples Gas regarding a sidewalk construction project in Pasco County, Florida. The letter, dated January 31, 2025, addresses the Ranch Road Sidewalk project extending from US 19 to Ponderosa Avenue (Project ID: 449033-1-58.01). TECO Peoples Gas has reviewed the project plans submitted by WSP USA on behalf of the Director of Municipal Engineering, Bryan Anderson, and confirms that while gas facilities exist in the project area, there is no conflict with the proposed construction activities.
The letter advises that the project contractor must notify the Underground Utility Notification Center (Sunshine One Call) at least 48 hours prior to the start of construction to ensure safe excavation and construction practices around existing gas infrastructure. This no-conflict letter is a standard requirement for public works projects involving ground disturbance and represents TECO Peoples Gas's clearance for the proposed ADA-compliant sidewalk, curb ramps, and driveway work described in the associated contract opportunity.
