The file is a Price Schedule attachment for a generator maintenance contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration. The solicitation (36C25925Q0534) covers comprehensive annual maintenance and load testing of a 375 kW Caterpillar 3412 emergency generator at the Miles City Community Living Center in Montana. The contract is structured as a five-year firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity arrangement from September 1, 2025, to September 1, 2030, with annual maintenance requirements including load bank testing and generator inspections.

The opportunity is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS code 811310, with a small business size standard of $12.5 million. Contractors must provide annual maintenance services each October, perform load bank testing (ranging from 2-4 hours depending on the contract year), and use genuine CAT parts. The maintenance must comply with NFPA 99 and NFPA 110 standards, with the Joint Commission requiring specific load testing protocols. Repairs are limited to $2,500 without additional approval, and the contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and specialized resources to maintain the emergency power infrastructure.
