About this file
This document contains responses to 34 questions regarding a solicitation for correcting deficiencies at multiple buildings on a federal facility. The solicitation seeks to replace or repair exhaust fans, gutters, downspouts, windows, doors, flooring, handrails, signs, and parking areas across 15 buildings. It also involves constructing new concrete foundations, stairs, ramps, and landings at several buildings. The solicitation was reposted with an extended deadline of December 6, 2022 at 3:00pm Central Time due to the number of questions submitted. The work is set aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses. No drawings or specifications were provided, but field measurements were to be taken during site visits to determine dimensions and scope. Replacements and repairs are to match existing designs where possible.
