INFORMATION NEEDED:
1. Spec section 085113 indicates basis of design as EFCO. We would prefer using a substitute. It does not say anything about substitutes. Please advise. – Approved equals will be evaluated if the product matches the quality and performance of the Basis of Design product.
1. The EFCO series 510-I is a projected window. On sheet A1600 the window type looks like a fixed and not a projected. If it is a projected window, is it a project “in” or a project “Out” – window projection direction to be verified in field.
1. The finish for the window indicates to refer to section 090600 Schedule for Finishes. When we go to that section it does not indicate a specific finish or color for these windows. Please advise finish – alum. window finish to match existing, including frame and glass type; contractor to verify in field.
