About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs for the Berk County Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The amendment provides responses to various questions from vendors regarding the RLP, including details on operating cost estimates, lease term options, tenant improvement payments, and the required concept floor plan. Key details include:
The RLP submission deadline is October 10, 2024. The VA has a funded requirement and will only award if proposals are received at a fair and reasonable price. The lease term is 10 years firm, and the VA will not renegotiate operating costs. Tenant improvement costs can be amortized up to 6% interest, and the VA may make lump-sum payments at acceptance. Offerors must provide a concept floor plan and site plan as part of their proposal, but official CAD drawings are not required. The VA has provided sample PACT design guides but no specific concept plans for this requirement.

| There are concept designs in the PACT design guide to show typical Government layout.
