Questions and Answers
Number Vendor Question Government Response
1 Could you please forward me a list of people who have requested RFP’s.
The Government does not have this information. This is full and open competition. RLP is publicized in SAM so everybody can access the RLP, we do not distribute. The Government does not know who is interested in the RLP until the proposals are received and by that time the offerors have selected their location.
As a courtesy comment, you can go into SAM.GOV and see if there is a way to include yourself in a interested vendor list. You might have to work directly with SAM.GOV and their helpdesk.
2 Clarification on “The Government prefers an existing building but may consider a new construction”
See Lease Amendment 0002. The Government corrected this sentence to read: The Government considers existing building and new construction.
3 Regarding Volumes. Are these to be submitted as one PDF for each section separate or as one PDF?
There is no preference. Be conscious of the size of the PDF as large size PDF might not go through.
All offers must be received by date listed in RLP to be considered for award.
