About this file
This document is an Amendment (0003) to a solicitation for the CCN Next Generation Medical Network issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The amendment primarily changes the date and details of the pre-proposal conference from January 22, 2026, to January 21, 2026, and updates the registration deadline to 12:00 PM EST on January 12, 2026. The conference will be held in McLean, VA, and will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST, with check-in beginning at 8:00 AM.
The amendment also modifies key evaluation criteria for corporate experience, emphasizing that offerors must demonstrate performance in three critical areas: 1) implementing services across multiple states, 2) managing overall program operations covering multiple states, and 3) supporting IT integration with customer systems. Failure to address each of these criteria in contract references will result in an unacceptable rating, rendering the offeror ineligible for award. The amendment includes an attachment titled "Medical Record of Questions_Amendment 0003" and updates various sections of the original solicitation to reflect these changes.
