About this file
This document summarizes the results of a groundwater test well drilling and analysis project performed for the development of the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Two test wells were drilled on site, with well locations, static water levels, and pump test results provided. Water quality analysis indicated hardness of 21 grains per gallon and electrical conductivity of 0.90 dS/m. The analysis also included plant nutrient levels that could be converted to fertilizer equivalents. The related federal contract opportunity notice indicates this is a tiered evaluation for the Phase 3 development of the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, with the first tier being Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, the second tier Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and the third tier other small businesses, prioritizing HUBZone concerns, with large businesses in the fourth tier. No further details are provided on required products or services, response dates, or award information.
