The contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewals.
Vendors who misrepresent their local preference status forfeit eligibility to claim local preference for up to one year. The County reserves the right to request documentation substantiating the information provided in the certification, and failure to provide such documentation renders the submission non-responsive. All certifications must be completed and signed by a duly authorized corporate representative under penalties of perjury.
