About this file
This is an Immigration Certification form (Form 3) required by the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division for the Turnaround Construction Services contract opportunity in Florida. The form mandates that all vendors submit evidence of active enrollment in the E-Verify program at the time of proposal submission, with acceptable documentation including a copy of the E-Verify Company Profile page or a fully executed E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the vendor's bid being deemed non-responsive. The contract opportunity historically involves annual expenditures of approximately $1,650,000.00 by the Solid & Hazardous Waste Management Division, though this may not be indicative of future spending patterns.
Vendors must attest under penalties of perjury that they are fully compliant with all applicable immigration laws, including the 1986 Immigration Act and subsequent amendments, as well as Florida Statutes 448.095. Collier County will not intentionally award contracts to vendors who knowingly employ unauthorized alien workers in violation of 8 U.S.C. Section 1324a(e) (Section 274A(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act). Any such violation by a contract recipient constitutes grounds for unilateral contract termination by Collier County. A duly authorized corporate representative must sign the certification form, confirming the accuracy of the submitted information.
