About this file

This is a price sheet for the DoDEA Pacific West Region Student Transportation Services solicitation (HE1254-25-R-E020) for an On-Board Vehicle Surveillance System (OBVSS) in Korea. The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a base period from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026, followed by four one-year option periods and a potential 6-month extension. The total estimated cost is $27,500, with $5,000 allocated for each of the first four years and $2,500 for the potential extension period.

The pricing breakdown includes four main categories for each period: initial installation (on 45-passenger buses), maintenance (bi-annual preventative and unscheduled corrective), materials (replacement hard drives, cables, and cameras), and transition/removal. Notably, the material costs are capped at $5,000 per year for the first four years, reducing to $2,500 in the potential extension period. The government will evaluate offers by adding the total price for all options to the base period price, with the option to exercise additional periods based on performance and need.

**For estimation purposes only - If the Government decides to exercise the option under FAR 52.217-8 in an option period other than the last option year
then the rate proposed for the last performance that was completed will be used.

Evaluation of Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the base period. The Offeror shall submit pricing for the base period and all option periods. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced.
