About this file

This document is a Present and Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for the Department of Defense Education Activity's On-Board Vehicle Surveillance System (OBVSS) contract for the Korea Military Community. The PPQ is designed to evaluate a contractor's past performance across four key areas: equipment maintenance/installation, contract deliverable accuracy, stakeholder communication, and overall performance, using a rating scale from Poor/Unsatisfactory to Excellent.

The contract will potentially span 5 years, consisting of a base year and four one-year option periods, with an additional 6-month service extension possibility. The solicitation is being issued by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) and will be awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13.
