About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for Multiple Building Flooring Repairs at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The project involves flooring renovations in three buildings (AS4109, G920, and G710), with specific requirements for each location. Contractors will remove existing carpet, VCT, and vinyl cove base, then prepare floors and install new flooring materials, including carpet tiles and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) from Tarkett.

Key project details include working hours from 0730 to 1800 Monday through Friday, with potential weekend scheduling by arrangement. The project requires submitting manufacturer's product specifications, provides specific contact persons for each building, and mandates a 5-year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, plus a 25-year non-prorated limited warranty against surface wear and other flooring issues. Contractors must take their own measurements, protect property during work, and properly dispose of all debris without using Camp Lejeune's dumpsters.
