The project involves roadway improvements for the 16th Street NE Bridge (FM #: 451283-1-58-01), which includes constructing a new bridge and widening the existing roadway to the west. The proposed improvements consist of 11-foot travel lanes with 6-foot shoulders (4-foot paved plus 2-foot unpaved), and a 6-foot sidewalk on the west side of the roadway. The new bridge will be 50 feet, 5.0 inches wide and 147 feet, 0.5 inches long, featuring two 12-foot travel lanes, a 6-foot shoulder, and a sidewalk on the west side, with a 12-foot shoulder on the east side.

The memorandum certifies that all utility work has been completed or necessary arrangements have been made to undertake and complete the project in coordination with the physical construction schedule. Minor improvements include drainage modifications to existing roadside swales and the installation of new concrete driveways up to the existing right-of-way. The document is dated April 9, 2024, and includes a digital signature from Dennis F. McCoy, Project Manager III, confirming the utility work status for this infrastructure project.

SUBJECT: Utilities Clear Agency: Collier County FM #: 451283-1-58-01, 16th Street NE Bridge

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed roadway improvements for this project consist of adding a new bridge and providing additional lane width and shoulders by widening to the west of the existing roadway. The widening will provide 11- foot travel lanes with 6-foot shoulders (4-foot paved plus 2-foot unpaved) along the entire length of the project. The typical section of the proposed bridge consists of two 12-foot travel lanes, a 6-foot shoulder and a 6-foot sidewalk on the west side and a 12-foot shoulder on the east side of the bridge. The proposed bridge width and length are 50 feet, 5.0 inches, and 147 feet 0.5 inches. The improvements will include minor drainage modifications to existing roadside swales and the installation of new concrete driveways up to the existing right-of-way.

This is to certify that all utility work has been completed or necessary arrangements made to undertake and complete this project as required for proper coordination with the physical construction schedule.
