About this file

This is Addendum 2 to Invitation to Bid 53-ITB-26 for Building E Third Floor Buildout, issued by the State of Florida for a project located at 120 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, FL 32907-3009. The addendum, dated September 18, 2026, addresses modifications to the original contract documents and technical specifications. The primary change clarified in this addendum concerns the reissuance of electrical plans at full size rather than the previously issued 8.5 x 11-inch format. No additional information regarding pricing terms, set asides, funding sources, contract duration, or other financial considerations is contained within this addendum document. Bidders should refer to the original invitation to bid documents and any previously issued addenda for comprehensive project scope, specifications, submission requirements, and award criteria.
