The project includes constructing features to safely route water from the Perris Reservoir to the Perris Valley Drainage Channel, such as levee embankments, channel work, concrete structures, bridges, box culverts, roadwork, utility relocations, and landscaping. The document addresses various questions and clarifications related to the project, including the staging of construction, pile diameter, barrier rail quantities, steel casing pipe installation, temporary support, reinforcing steel payment, and the drop structure construction.
The contract opportunity has an estimated cost range of $65,000,000 to $80,000,000 and requires a Contractor's License Classification of A. The bid due date is 11:00 AM on the Bid Opening Day, and the apparent low bidder is required to submit escrow documents within three days, excluding weekends and holidays.
