About this file
This is a Project Manual for the WDS Bond Proposal Phase 1 project involving Ealy Middle School and Shoreline facilities in Michigan, prepared by Clark Construction. The manual serves as the primary guidance document for the construction project, establishing technical standards, specifications, and procedural requirements for contractors and subcontractors executing work on this education infrastructure improvement initiative funded through the school district bond proposal.
The document establishes comprehensive project parameters including construction standards, material specifications, quality assurance procedures, and administrative requirements necessary for successful project delivery. The manual functions as a reference guide detailing Clark Construction's expectations for work execution, safety protocols, scheduling coordination, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations. Specific details regarding project timeline, bid submission deadlines, site visit schedules, and contract award information would be contained within the associated bidding documents and project specifications referenced in conjunction with this manual.
