Lottery is interested in exploring a variety of compensation arrangements. For each of the following scenarios, Proposer shall provide its best pricing estimate based on the information provided.

Review the “Play It Forward – State Parks” video and the corresponding audio that have been developed and produced in collaboration with Lottery in both English and Spanish versions within the past eighteen months. Proposer may access the video and radio spots via the links provided below:

Spanish Video (30): https://youtu.be/k_HA6jyCTQ0 English Video (30): https://youtu.be/nldo7Ra4nw8 Spanish Audio (30): https://youtu.be/QwJlXuID33o English Audio (30): https://youtu.be/ZPlazBuLBN8

Proposer shall provide its best cost estimates and the assumptions Proposer used to build them for each of the following:

1.1.1 Concept Fee: Inclusive of Proposer’s time from concept to pre-production. Fee should include Proposer’s time to concept, write, storyboard, source director, present concepts, create estimates and other associated costs.

1.1.2 Production Fee: Inclusive of Proposer’s time for scouting, casting, overseeing production, music, and edit.

1.1.3 Production: Out of pocket costs to produce final video exclusive of talent.

1.2 For Radio:

1.2.1 Concept Fee: Inclusive of Proposer’s time from concept to pre-production. Fee should include Proposer’s time to concept, script, and other associated costs.
