About this file

This is a cost proposal form for Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District (SCUCISD) in Texas soliciting fire system inspection services under solicitation number 26-007V. The proposal encompasses three primary service categories: fire alarm inspection services covering approximately 28 district-wide systems with sensitivity testing on non-monitored detectors, fire extinguisher inspection services for approximately 1,301 extinguishers across the district, and fire sprinkler system inspection services at approximately 19 facilities. The cost proposal template requires vendors to provide comprehensive pricing for annual inspections and maintenance services across all three categories.

The cost proposal document establishes line items for vendors to submit pricing for district-wide annual inspection services as well as itemized costs per unit for specific services and repairs. Fire alarm services require pricing for annual district-wide inspections and individual smoke detector inspection and testing costs. Fire extinguisher pricing includes recharge and replacement costs for various extinguisher types and sizes, including 2.5#, 5#, and 10# ABC extinguishers, BC extinguishers, CO2 extinguishers, Type K, and clean agent systems. Fire sprinkler system pricing encompasses annual inspections, five-year internal inspections, backflow prevention device inspections, and fire pump inspections. The proposal form provides blank fields for vendors to enter all cost information and allows for additional fees to be specified across all service categories.
