About this file
This document is a Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity form required pursuant to Executive Order 11246, which mandates compliance reporting for federal contractors. The form requires bidders to disclose their previous participation in contracts subject to the Equal Employment Opportunity Clause and their compliance with reporting requirements. Bidders must indicate whether they have filed all necessary compliance reports, including SF-100, and whether they have been or are being considered for sanction due to potential violations of the executive order.
The certification form is designed to ensure that contractors adhere to equal employment opportunity standards by requiring them to self-report their history of compliance. Bidders must complete a series of yes/no questions regarding their previous contract work, compliance reporting, and potential sanctions. The form stipulates that if a bidder has not filed required compliance reports, they must submit such reports within seven calendar days after bid opening, and no contract will be awarded until these reports are submitted.
