4. Advertising Restrictions. In submitting proposals, Respondents acknowledge that a separate contract for advertising at all of Airport's facilities is in effect, and that all signage, including promotional material and activities of Respondent, whether or not in connection with its business at Airport, may be subject to the provisions of the advertising contract. The successful Respondent will cooperate with SLCDA in establishing appropriate signage standards and guidelines that will enhance the overall appearance and operation of the automated teller machine services.

5. Storage. Storing hazardous or combustible materials in the Premises or anywhere else at the Airport except as used in the normal course of business; storing merchandise outside of or adjacent to the Premises; and storing or placing merchandise, trash, or other materials so as to impair access into the Premises or about the aisles thereof.

6. Prohibited Items. The Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) maintains a list of prohibited items that are not allowed in the sterile areas of the Airport. The selected Respondent is required to comply with all rules and regulations and have procedures in place to ensure compliance by all

Concession personnel. A full list of current prohibited items can be found by visiting http://www.tsa.gov/public/interall/editorial/editorial_1012.xml on the internet. This list is updated and modified periodically. It is the responsibility of the selected Respondent to monitor these items and ensure compliance.

D. UTILITIES AND MAINTENANCE

The successful Respondent will be responsible for bringing in power, cable, and other utilities required, if necessary, at its sole expense.

E. CHARGES TO THE PUBLIC

The maximum transaction fee or surcharge that may be charged to the public, for the use of the automated teller machine services under this proposal, shall be three dollars ($3.50), and shall remain the same throughout the term of the Agreement.

F. NON-EXCLUSIVITY

Although SLCDA does not currently intend to have more than one automated teller and currency exchange machine services in the terminal areas, Respondents are advised that airline tenants and others may offer services to the general public that are the same as or similar to those contemplated in this RFP. SLCDA may, at any time, solicit proposals or enter into negotiations for additional automated teller and currency exchange machine services in the sole discretion of SLCDA.
