About this file
This is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) Procurement Services Department in Georgia for an HVAC Air Filter Services request for proposal. The CCSD is soliciting proposals from qualified air filter companies to provide customized air filter services district-wide, including installation and quarterly replacement of filters at all CCSD locations. All proposed air filters must have a Merv 8 or Merv 9 rating. The award will be made on an "all or none" basis, meaning the selected proposer will be responsible for managing filter change-outs across the entire district. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted through the Euna Procurement Message Center.
By submitting a bid, each bidder certifies under penalty of perjury that bid prices have been developed independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with other bidders or competitors for the purpose of restricting competition. Bidders further certify that quoted prices have not been disclosed to other bidders or competitors prior to bid opening and that no attempts have been made to induce any other entity to submit or withhold bids to restrict competition. The certification emphasizes that collusive bidding practices constitute a crime subject to prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law.
