About this file
This document contains consolidated questions and answers regarding a draft request for proposals for vehicle acquisitions to support two federal agencies. The Department of State intends to award approximately three indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts set aside exclusively for 8(a) small businesses to provide vehicles and related services for the International Nuclear Laboratory and the White House Protocol in Mexico and Colombia. The draft solicitation requests the latest vehicle models available as of order award dates and expects services, manuals, and other materials to be delivered in local languages. Pricing will be determined at the order level and must include local warranty and support. Questions were due by December 11, 2018, with responses intended to clarify requirements for vehicle specifications, configurations, pricing terms, and performance locations.
