• May 2019 - Replaced Front North side roller bearing
• July 2019 - Replaced bent track section on Barscreen 3 , Replaced rear North Side roller bearing on
Barscreen 1
• September 2019 - Replaced bent track section on Barscreen 1
• November 2019 - Pulled Rake from Barscreen No. 1 sent to Machine Shop for repars, reinstalled.
• December 2019 - Repaired Barscreen No.3 Brake Mechanism, further troubleshooting showed frayed control and power cables.
• January 2020 - Replaced Barscreen No.3 Cable and Rack Assembly, Realigned Jammed Rake on

34. What is the frequency for cleaning of two sludge holding tanks, transfer tanks, and aeration basins?The sludge tanks are cleaned every 5 years. The aeration basins are inspected yearly.
