The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting a procurement action for a Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract (RMACC). To assist in evaluating proposals submitted in response to this procurement, you have been identified as a reference and are requested to provide descriptive information based on your prior experience with the following vendor and project:

Good: Effective performance. Vendor was fully responsive to all of the contract requirements in a timely, effective and economical manner. Some minor deficiencies with no adverse impact on overall performance noted.
Satisfactory: Adequate performance. Vendor was minimally responsive to all of the contract requirements with some to only the lowest possible acceptable standard. Vendor generally performed in a timely, effective and economical manner. Reportable deficiencies with little identifiable impact on overall performance were noted.
Unsatisfactory: Vendor failed to meet significant requirements in one or more areas. Vendor demonstrated a general inability to manage necessary response to deficiencies and corrective action in a timely, effective or economical manner. Significant deficiencies with adverse effect on overall performance and ability to recover were noted.
