L.21.1.6 and H.20

Section H.20 and L.21.1.6 lists key personnel and requirements for "contract" level personnel. We provided representative resumes for Region 2 Pool A "contract" level personnel during Phase I - do you want us to submit these resumes again? Since Phase II is for a specific task order - the key personnel requirements do not seem to line up with the scope of the task. The seed task for Region 2 Pool A is a $1M-$5M project;

however, per the requirements the PM needs to have managed three $75M or more projects. Please change requirements for key personnel to fit task order or change requirements to fit Region 2 Pool A for Small Businesses (not likely to have $75M projects).
