About this file
This document is a Performance Requirements Summary for a federal contract to provide total aviation support services to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The key performance areas include: compliance with standards and regulations, safety management system and quality control, environmental health and safety, documentation support, aircraft maintenance, avionics and specialized mission equipment support, flight and ground instruction, and operational support pilots. The document outlines the performance standards, acceptable quality levels, and methods of surveillance for each area, as well as incentives and disincentives tied to meeting the requirements. It also covers administrative program management areas such as inventory control, acquisition support, and cost estimating. Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 provide the incentive/disincentive charts for aircraft operational readiness and specialized mission equipment operational readiness, respectively.
