About this file

This document is a presentation evaluation attachment for Jordan School District's (JSD) Request for Proposals (RFP) #27TH01P5 for Classroom & Computer Lab Management Software. The RFP is a multiple award solicitation seeking qualified vendors to provide software solutions for classroom and computer lab management. Offerors who achieve a minimum score of 630 points (75%) during Stage 2 technical proposal evaluation will be invited to participate in virtual presentations tentatively scheduled between June 17-July 8, 2026. The presentations serve as an opportunity for vendors to demonstrate the compatibility, integrations, and functionality of their proposed solutions. This RFP replaces previous contracts under RFP 26TH01P5, which will lapse after June 30, 2026, as the previous solutions did not adequately address computer lab management needs. Vendors may apply for Category A (Classroom Management Software), Category B (Computer Lab Management Software), or both categories if their solution operates at the Operating System level.

The presentation evaluation is structured across three primary criteria categories with a total of 200 possible points. Software requirements account for 170 points and encompass 15 specific technical capabilities including web-based or OS-level operation across Chromebook, Apple, and PC devices; student and teacher rostering methods compatible with Skyward SMS 2.0 and Skyward Qmlativ; Google Workspace for Education single sign-on integration; classroom control and individual student management; website blacklisting and whitelisting; student text message communication; ability-level grouping with granular access controls; tab limiting for secure browsing; URL pushing; device screenshots; usage reporting with timelines; comprehensive tab and window tracking; leveled administrative access at district and building levels; remote tab closure; and individual classroom creation for monitoring. Training and technical support comprises the remaining 30 points, requiring vendors to demonstrate in-person and online training materials, ongoing professional development availability, and processes for uploading student information throughout the contract term.

Attachment G – Presentation Evaluations

1. PRESENTATION EVALUATION

Please note that presentations may be conducted for this RFP based on the decision of the evaluation committee after Stage 2 scoring has been completed. Offerors passing Stage 2:

Technical Proposal Evaluation with a minimum of 630 points (75%) will be contacted to schedule a virtual meeting, tentatively scheduled for some time between June 17-July 8, 2026.

A. OFFEROR INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTATIONS

Offeror presentations will be evaluated based on the following technical criteria from the RFP Scope of Work (see Section 3.2 of the RFP for full details on each criterion). Please have your presentation follow these criteria in the order listed. The presentation meeting is intended solely as an opportunity for Offerors to show the compatibility, integrations, and functionality of their solution.

Letters and numbers below correspond with criteria listed in Section 3.2 of the RFP. Not all criteria from the RFP need to be presented, so some criteria will not be listed here.
