140P4324Q0035 NERO IT Helpdesk Amendment 0001
Award Selection:
Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2(b)(3), based on direct comparisons of offers, to the quote/offer that provides the requirement determined to be most advantageous to the government. Comparative evaluation is determining whether one offer is acceptable (meets or exceeds the minimum requirements) and if so, comparing it to another offer. The offer that is most advantageous to the Government will be selected. The Government reserves the right to select a response that provides benefit to the Government that exceeds the minimum but is not required to do so. This may result in an award to a higher-priced offeror to make an award that will be most advantageous to the Government.
Offerors are cautioned to submit sufficient information per FAR 52.212-1(e)(5), in the format specified, to substantiate the offeror’s demonstrated previous experience as follows. Offerors who do not demonstrate the ability to meet all the above criteria may be less favorably rated.
The government intends to award a contract without requesting additional details from respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to request further details from offerors if deemed in its best interest. The Government may choose to waive or correct informalities and minor irregularities in offers via informal methods (i.e. emails, phone calls, etc). The government reserves the right to award one or no contract at all, depending on the quality of proposals submitted.
