About this file
This document contains a survey compliance preparation form for work to be conducted at a national park. The form requests details on the planned survey such as equipment used, locations, and whether activities will involve ground clearing, vegetation removal, borings, loud noise, vibration or sampling. It also requires descriptions of resource monitoring, marking installation and removal, area restoration after completion, and measures to reduce harm to resources. An attachment with survey locations is referenced.
The related federal contract opportunity is a two-phase design-build solicitation from the National Park Service seeking proposals for rehabilitating water, wastewater and stormwater utility systems at Fort Wadsworth. Phase 1 proposals are requested by August 11, 2023 for pre-construction services with pricing not required at this time. A draft program of requirements and finalized version will be posted for Phases 1 and 2, respectively.
