Solicitation Questions and NPS Responses
# Bidder Question NPS Response 1 We are preparing our Factor 1 submittal on Page 38 of 48 we are asked to Submit resumes for key personnel as identified in Section H of this solicitation. Section H states as Key Personnel and lists Quality Control Manager and Safety Manager as key positions. On page 48 it lists On-site Quality Control Specialist and On-site Safety
Specialist. Please confirm that the Phase 1, Factor 1 submittal requirement is for the
Safety and QC Manager and not the Safety and QC Specialist.
That is correct. Please submit resumes for QC Manager and Safety Manager. The
"Manager" and "Specialist" positions are considered to be one and the same. There is no separate requirement for a Quality Control Specialist and Safety Specialist in addition to QC
Manager and Safety Manager. Both the QC Manager and the Safety Manager are on "on-site" positions.
2 Is it appropriate to use current NPS DB Projects as reference projects for the Phase 1 , Factor 3 portion of this proposal effort.
The solicitation requires bidders to submit projects that are completed. If a bidder submits projects that are still in progress, NPS will evaluate them, but they will likely be rated lower.
