SHEET KEYNOTES

1. REPLACE EXISTING MAIN SERVICE METER CENTER WITH 800A MAIN DISTRIBUTION PANEL.

DEMOLISH METERS IN EXISTING MAIN SERVICE PANEL 'MC'. METERS ARE NON-REVENUE

METERS USED FOR INTERNAL ACCOUNTING PURPOSES.

2. GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR CONNECTIONS AND MAIN BONDING JUMPER

EXISTING TO REMAIN AT MAIN BUILDING DISCONNECT.

3. SELECTIVELY COORDINATE TO 0.1 SECONDS FOR ELEVATOR PER SPECIFICATION 26 05 73, ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM STUDIES. VERIFY BREAKER TYPE OF CIRCUIT

BREAKER IN THE SQUARE-D MAIN BUILDING SERVICE CIRCUIT BREAKER DISCONNECT FOR

USE IN COORDINATION STUDY. SUBMIT STUDY PRIOR TO OR WITH ELECTRICAL

PANELBOARD / GEAR SUBMITTAL.

4. VERIFY TRANSFER SWITCH IS SET TO TURN EMERGENCY SYSTEM ON WITHIN 60

SECONDS PER NEC 701 FOR ELEVATOR. REVISE SETTINGS IF NOT. ADJUST SETTINGS FOR

SIGNALING ELEVATOR TO PREVENT INTERRUPTION OF POWER DURING ELEVATOR

OPERATION. SET WARMUP TIMER TO DELAY TRANSFER UNTIL GENERATOR POWER IS

FOUND ACCEPTABLE BY ATS FOR FULL LOAD TRANSITION.

5. CONFIRM EXISTING AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH IS SWITCHED NEUTRAL

CONFIGURATION. ENSURE NEUTRAL TO GROUNDING BONDING JUMPER IS MINIMUM #2/0

CU MINIMUM. PROVIDE OR REPLACE JUMPER IF NOT. IF EXISTING AUTOMATIC TRANSFER

SWITCH IS NOT A SWITCHED NEUTRAL, ENSURE THE NEUTRAL TO GROUND BONDING

JUMPER IS REMOVED FROM GENERATOR. EXISTING UL LABEL TO BE MAINTAINED.

6. PROVIDE NEW GROUNDING ELECTRODE AT EXISTING GENERATOR. SEE DETAIL 3/E5.1.

7. PROVIDE SUB-METERING AT MAIN…
