About this file
This document is an amendment to a federal solicitation. It extends the proposal submission deadline from August 31st to September 14th in response to vendor questions. The solicitation is for the Acadia National Park project to demolish an existing maintenance facility and construct a new one in Hancock County, Maine. The National Park Service is the contracting agency. The amendment provides responses to vendor questions and notifications that COVID-related attestations will no longer be required for onsite contractors per updated federal guidance. It replaces certain clauses in the original solicitation and does not otherwise change any terms or conditions.

Amendment 0005 provides notification that the
Safer Federal Workforce Taskforce has updated their COVID guidance in several areas, including procedures for onsite contractors. One significant change is that as of August 22, 2022, attestation will no longer be required for onsite contractors. As a result, Attachments 5 and 6 as identified in Section J of the original contract clauses and provisions are no longer required under this solicitation and the resulting contract and reference to these attachments has been removed from Special Clause 4 to Section H.
The attached revised contract clauses and provisions replace the clauses provided in the original solicitation. See Attachment 02.
All other terms and conditions are unchanged.
