About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for replacing the primary electrical distribution infrastructure and steel repairs and replacements for elevators 1 and 2 at Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
The amendment provides responses to fourteen questions from offerors. It clarifies that Davis-Bacon wage rates will be supplied, allows the use of Primavera P6 scheduling software, sets page limits for narratives and resumes, expands the timeframe for relevant project experience to seven years, adjusts requirements for letters of commitment, and attaches a past performance questionnaire word document. The solicitation remains unchanged otherwise. The work is to be performed for the Department of the Interior National Park Service National Office. No other details are specified regarding pricing, products/services required, or deadlines.
