SECTION L

INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFEROR OR RESPONDERS

NOTICE: The failure to submit any of the information requested in this RFP may lead to the rejection of your proposal without further consideration.

L.1 FAR 52.216-1 TYPE OF CONTRACT (APR 1984)

The Government contemplates one (1) or several single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for different GIT software and services. Multiple task orders may be issued under each IDIQ contract on a firm fixed price basis.

L.2 GENERAL PROPOSAL GUIDANCE

The purpose is to enter into one or several single IDIQ contracts for COTS GIT technology.

Potential Contractors are not required to provide the full suite of technical solutions as described in the scope and may select to respond to as many or few requirements as preferred.

L.3 ADVISORY DOWN-SELECT PROCUREMENT

The Government intends to conduct this procurement through an advisory down-select approach and evaluation process.
