About this file
This document contains questions and answers (Q&A) from a federal solicitation, dated January 09, 2026, addressing two specific clarification requests from potential offerors. The first question seeks confirmation about font size requirements for the SF330 document, with the government responding that the 10-point Times New Roman font size applies to all documents, including tables, captions, infographics, and SF330 Parts I and II. The second question relates to CPARS (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System) report requirements for past performance evaluation, specifically regarding the acceptable date range for performance periods. The government updated the synopsis to allow CPARS reports from the last ten years, spanning from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2027, which provides more flexibility for contractors submitting past performance information.

Questions received on or after January 09, 2026:
1. Following this morning’s amendment 8 update, can the government please clarify if the
10 Times New Roman font size only applies to the main body text within the SF330, not including image captions, tables, infographics, or Part II's?
Response: The 10-point Times New Roman font size requirement applies to all documents including tables, captions, infographics and SF330 Parts I and II.
2. In the most recent version of the synopsis there was a change to the Past Performance section that states “CPARS Reports that shall be evaluated must have a Period of Performance that falls within the dates starting on or after January 1, 2018, and ending on or before December 31, 2027”. We intend to use a Federal IDIQ contract that began in 2016 and ended in 2021 as one of our Section F projects. We have already submitted a PPQ for this contract, and there are numerous task order level CPARS available. Many of those CPARS were for work completed after 2018. Like almost all Federal IDIQ’s, this contract only provides CPARS at the task order level. Can you please confirm that that our Section F project which is a completed Federal IDIQ contract 2016 - 2021 with task order level CPARS, and a PPQ already submitted, will meet all updated requirements as presented in v6 of the synopsis? If more details are needed to answer our question, I am happy to provide any additional information needed.
Response: The dates regarding CPARS and PPQs have been updated in the attached synopsis to state “last ten years starting on or after January 1, 2016, and ending on or before December 31, 2027.
