About this file

This document package contains pricing schedules and bid forms for a federal contract solicitation. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking bids for asbestos abatement, lead remediation, and structure demolition services at the Ellicott Slough National Wildlife Refuge. Work will be performed at multiple structures across two sites and includes asbestos and lead containment, removal, disposal, utility disconnection, and building demolition. Bidders must provide pricing for base tasks and numerous option tasks at various locations. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses with a NAICS code of 562910 and size standard of $22 million. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract considering price, technical capability, experience, approach, and past performance. Prospective contractors are urged to visit the sites before submitting quotes, which are due by the date specified in the solicitation.
